Under Icelandic tax guidance, employer-funded regular exercise may be excluded from employee taxable income up to the annual limit when the applicable conditions and documentation requirements are met.
Generic online fitness content is excluded under the guidance. RVK Fitness Corporate Coaching is designed around genuine personal guidance, goals and follow-up. Eligibility depends on each employer's setup, and should be confirmed with an accountant or Skatturinn.

Can the company see personal health data?
No. Weight, meals, progress photos, workouts and conversations stay private. The company can receive anonymous, high-level participation reporting only.
Do employees need to enter a payment card?
No. The company pays one invoice and invited employees activate access without entering payment details.
Is this only for people who already train?
Not at all. The experience is built around each person's starting point, schedule, preferences and goals.
Can the programme qualify as tax-free workplace wellness support?
It may qualify when the conditions in Icelandic tax rules are met, including genuine personal coaching and valid documentation. Each employer should confirm its setup with its accountant or Skatturinn.
What happens if an employee leaves the company?
Company-funded access ends, but the person keeps their account and data and can choose to continue with a personal membership.
